Writing & Publishing
I write about architecture, interiors, product, and culture for publications including The New York Times, Architectural Digest, The Architect’s Newspaper/AN Interior, Interior Design, Metropolis, and my magazine Wrong House. Many, but not all, of these stories serve professional design audiences—a readership I know well after a decade creating content for the industry.
Working with The Slowdown, I recently wrote the monograph for Post Company, forthcoming from Monacelli in Fall 2026. I also contributed to the books Design for Children: Play, Ride, Learn, Eat, Create, Sit, Sleep (Phaidon), At a Distance: 100 Visionaries at Home in a Pandemic (Apartamento), and Drama (Phaidon).
Some of my published work can be found here.
Editorial Direction
I create, develop, and lead creative platforms for curious audiences. This includes my work on Wrong House—a new digital magazine for design writing with guts—as well as years spent leading AD PRO, Architectural Digest’s trade vertical and member network.
Communications & Launches
I provide communications and launch support for design studios, agencies, and brands, often supplementing in-house teams. This work includes press materials and narrative shaping for products and projects, exhibitions, and events.
Programming & Cultural Leadership
I lead public programs that position design as a cultural practice. This includes lectures, panel moderation, conversations, and video work hosted by institutions, brands, and fairs. Past conversations have featured talent including Walter Hood, Brigette Romanek, Alessandro Munge, Kelly Wearstler, Shawn Henderson, Rodman Primack, and many others.
